Hi there! My name is Janell Amely, creator of all the cool puzzles you see here, proudly made in Warner Robins, Georgia, USA. I'm a USMC veteran transplanted from the cold and snowy mountains of Utah to the ever sunny and often sweaty Georgia plains.
I create nature- and cat-inspired jigsaw treats. My curiously peculiar puzzles have strangely shaped pieces that appeal to the pattern recognition that triggers a dopamine release in our brains.
A little puzzle history...
After serving 4 years on the Puzzle Parley Steering Committee, I cofounded Puzzle Jam Inc., a 501(3)(C) nonprofit, with Terra Rodgers of Chestnut & Hemlock.Much of my time is spent running Puzzle Jam Inc. and supporting the puzzle community!
How Much is Shipping?
Shipping is via USPS, UPS, and occasionally FedEx, and is through Shippo ᓚᘏᗢ ᓚᘏᗢ ᓚᘏᗢ
When and How Do You Ship?
I batch ship orders once a week, and try to get them out quickly. Life, weather, and whether or not puzzles are finished or custom may change how long it takes to ship.
Gift Wrapping:
I love wrapping presents! Leave me a note with your request, and I'll leave out the prices on the packing slip. If you would like a handwritten note, add the content to the text box at the bottom of the checkout form.
Correct Address?
Your order will be sent to the address provided to me. Double and triple check to make sure that this is the correct address! No one wants art to be homeless -- endlessly shuffling around the mailing system.
If you find that you entered the wrong address, or that the pesky auto fill on your browser did, please notify me ASAP by emailing me at right.meow@3catmax.com. If I don't get back to you within six hours on a week day, make sure to check your Spam folder! If your art is sent to an address that is wrong or not complete, a refund will NOT be given, we will see what we can come up with for a replacement that is fair to both of us.
Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order, please do it within 24 hours by emailing me at right.meow@3catmax.com. If I need to cancel your order (cat forbid!), I will let you know as soon as possible and start the refund process right a way. If I don't get back to you within six hours, make sure to check your Spam folder!
Damage:
All orders are lovingly packaged by me to arrive in perfect condition. In the unusual case of damage on delivery, please email me at right.meow@3catmax.com so I can make it right.
Returns/Refunds:
All sales are final, but if you cancel your order within 24 hours, I will refund it minus the credit card transaction fee, about 3%. It may take Stripe 1 to 2 weeks before the money is returned to your bank or credit card.
When you sign up for my newsletter or a puzzle waitlist, I'll only contact you about 3 Cat Max news, and never sell your info!
