Hi there! My name is Janell Amely, creator of all the cool puzzles you see here, proudly made in Warner Robins, Georgia, USA. I'm a USMC veteran transplanted from the cold and snowy mountains of Utah to the ever sunny and often sweaty Georgia plains.
I hand paint my puzzles then cut them into nature-inspired jigsaw treats. My curiously peculiar puzzles are a pleasure to the fingertips, and the strangely shaped pieces appeal to the pattern recognition that triggers a dopamine release in our brains. If you can’t remember the last time that you did that, well, today is a good day to buy yourself a puzzle!

I know you are excited to get your new puzzles, just as excited as I am to make them! Each piece is has it's own unique variations, and is excited to be adopted by you.

When and How Do You Ship?
I batch ship all orders on Tuesdays. Orders made by Friday will be shipped the following Tuesday; all orders ship USPS, and I'll send you the tracking number to go with it once your puzzle/s are on the way!
Your puzzles will be lovingly packaged by me and should arrive within about 2 weeks or less. Granted, COVID-19 and the US Government might mess with that estimate, so order early if you need your puzzles by a specific date!
Your order will be sent to the address provided to me. Double and triple check to make sure that this is the correct address! No one wants art to be homeless -- endlessly shuffling around the mailing system.
If you find that you entered the wrong address, or that the pesky auto fill on your browser did, please notify me ASAP by emailing me at firstname.lastname@example.org. If I don't get back to you within six hours, make sure to check your Spam folder! If your art is sent to an address that is wrong or not complete, a refund will NOT be given, we will see what we can come up with for a replacement that is fair to both of us.
Life may get in the way (err-hmm COVID-19), so please be patient and contact me if you are getting concerned. As soon as I have an inkling there may be a delay, I'll be sure to keep you in the loop!
If you need to cancel your order, please do it within 24 hours by emailing me at email@example.com. If I need to cancel your order (cat forbid!), I will let you know as soon as possible and start the refund process right a way. If I don't get back to you within six hours, make sure to check your Spam folder!
All orders are lovingly packaged by me to arrive in perfect condition. In the unusual case of damage on delivery, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org so I can make it right.
I gladly accept returns. Unless the piece was damaged in transit or I screwed up your order, postage is your responsibility. Custom work and digital downloads cannot be returned. Contact me within 3 business days of delivery, and ship approved items back to me in unused condition with all original packaging within 14 days of contact.
Refunds, minus a 25% admin fee will be given upon receipt of the like-new returned item.

What laser do you have/ where can I get it / who are your suppliers / how did you do that *insert technique* / how can I start a business of my own / can you teach me to make puzzles too?
